What is a New Testament Church?

A New Testament Church is a congregation of baptized believers who are associated by covenant in the faith in Jesus' death and resurrection. We enjoy fellowship as brothers and sisters through Christ. We purposefully evangelize to continue the work of spreading the gospel. We observe the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper as given by Christ. We are a multi-generational church that is committed to helping individuals and families grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The church is governed by Christ's laws and its only scriptural officers are pastors and deacons. It is a literal, visible organism that is a present-day continuation of the ministry established by Jesus Christ. Our guidance is the Bible, and our practice is found in our Statement of Faith and Constitution.

Nursery

We have a nursery located at the front of our church building where kids from infants through 3 years of age can come and play with other kids in a safe and loving environment.

Junior Kids

We have a Junior Church department for the ages of 4-12 years old (preschool-5th Grade) that Bro. Jeremy and his wife, Danielle Litke teach. Kids can come and hear Bible Stories, Sing Songs, Play Games, and also get involved in activities throughout the year. Junior Kids also have the opportunity to attend a camp and VBS in the summer.

Youth Department

Bro. Ethan and his wife, Elisabeth are in charge of the Youth Department. The youth is for the ages 13-18 (6th-12th grade). Bro. Ethan teaches a lesson on Sunday mornings at 9:30. They organize several activities throughout the year along with attending several youth rallies around the Wichita area. They are excited about being involved in our youth today and impacting their lives for the cause of Christ.
